There is nothing on the screen of my versa 3 even though it is fully charged. It's just black. I can feel it vibrate when I touch the on/off key but no visual at all. Help!

Did you try rebooting the watch? Hold the button for 8 to 10 seconds and it should reboot.

I also have tried rebooting and still a black screen - is counting my steps accurately ((I can synch to app) even though the screen is black

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi Maria,
The reboot doesn't make any difference, and I tried to set up my device from scratch to see if that worked, but I can't see the 4 digit code to sync it to the app so now I can't do anything via the app either. Doh! Wish I'd seen your message first 🙈
