Versa 3 blank screen

I have a Versa 3 and one day the screen went black but it still syncs to my phone and records all my data but I cannot just press the button (although it still vibrates when doing this) and have the screen turn back on to see how many steps and stairs I have done, although I can still see all of that on my phone but it's a pain to have to always check my phone to see these.

I have reset it, reset it then charged for 2 hours and then changed to a Fitbit clock face, I have done all of the suggestions provided and yet the screen will not turn on still. On a weird noter though when resetting the Versa 3 the Fitbit shows up when it goes to reset but goes away once reset.

Why are none of the suggestions for this issue working, I really like this watch and was going to purchase a new one next year but if this is what I should expect then moving to another brand might be a better experience.
