Hi Team,

 

Is there any way I can get my Versa 3 replaced?

 

Spring on the bottom latch won't come back up and it is getting hard for the band to stay in place because of this. I already tried applying rubbing alcohol on the latch however, it doesn't seem to do the trick.

 

Any recommendations?

Please note that when a Fitbit device suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.

I have the same trouble latch spring not holding an inserted band lower latch on my versa 3 also. Can it be repaired?
