Versa 3 button stopped working

I got my versa 3 back in March and has been working great until yesterday, I was getting ready for the day and took my watch off while washing my face. As I went to reach a towel it dropped from my counter and now the button no longer works. I have tried shutting it down and factory resetting the watch. Is there anything else I should try?

Hi there, @Lamsink. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Before considering other options, please confirm that you've tried placing both forefinger and thumb each side of face and pressing gently, also make sure to cover the entire button with your finger. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device? 

If the above doesn't work, please try restarting your watch as instructed here

Hi I can confirm that I am fully covering my thumb on the button and am gently pressing. The screen does not wake up. I can't restart the watch, as I can't wake up the watch from the shutdown as the button does not work. Any other options?
