My screen has broken on my Versa 3, this happened as I was walking along and it clipped a building so no great force for it to break. The whole device will now not work. This device is less than 6 months old. How do I get an exchange for a fully working device? As its still under warranty...how do you get in touch to speak to actual fitbit UK staff, does anyone have a number or email address as the device is not cheap and it's disappointing it broken already.

Hi @RLM85 - rather unfortunate but unless you took out breakage coverage at purchase it is not covered by warranty.
Perhaps have a look at you household insurance it may be covered under glass breakage, or possibly credit card coverage.
