Versa 3 display stuck on multiple languages

Just setting up new. Diff languages on face. Says needs v-3 update. Waited over 1/2 hour nothing

Hi @Jason968  -  in the Fitbit App, click on the profile photo and then " + Set up a Device"

It is necessary to get the watch properly setup and connected to your account.

How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Jason968. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

If you haven't done so, please try doing the following:

  • Make sure you've removed your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

After a bunch of tries, reset, reboot, etc. I got it to work. I needed to update the Versa. It ended up being a connection problem. After that it came together. Thanks. My wife did it. She bought it as a gift. I am challenged by technology. Lol
