Versa 3 does not sync without turning off everytime

I have to turn off my Versa 3 to enable it to sync. Does anyone else have this problem?

Hi @JillusB @KezzaLG97 @H988 - this may be one of the syncing/connection issues with the new V4 Fitbit App and unfortunately is needed until the problem is fixed.

Have a look also at How to do a quick fix for Fitbit App not syncing in case the problem is elsewhere, then choose the option which works best for you.
