My Versa 3 face fell off for a second time in less then a year. I currently have a replacement and fitbit will not replace it again. $300 for less than a year definitely not worth it.

I know I am not the first to inform you of this. Time to stop selling tge Versa 3 and refund the people who have had this issue. It is a flaw with your product. One less fitbit customer.

I agree Fitbit should recall the Versa 3. My Versa 3 the Face has fallen off 3 times in 18 Months and at times it will add 10,000 steps randomly. For the price you pay it should be better quality. Lucky for me I bought mine through Amazon and purchased 3 year warranty with Asurion. The problem is they don't have to expertise to fix it. This will be the last time to send out, I will be looking for something better.
Fitbit you had better start taking care of your customers or you won't have any..........Oh I forgot your now owned by Google not so why fix the problem...

I thought it was just me, but after joining this community I see a ton of people have had the same issue. Poor QC if we all have the face fall off at the same part of the watch. Definitely sucks considering the price. I would have bought an Apple Watch had I done my research. Luckily for you they replaced the face once. My face fell off after my year warranty ended.

Hi I am having the same issue I have had my versa for just 1 year and the face has fallen. This is my 4th fitbit with the same issue with the last 2

UPDATE!!!!!
Asurion has refunded the price of my fitbit Versa 3 which I purchased in January 2021. They said they could not fix it after face fell off last time and fitbit stopped working. I did not get the price of the Warranty back or the sales tax. I turned around and ordered a Versa 4 that will be released September 23. I hope the screen falling off has been fixed. I also purchased extended warranty for the Versa 4.

UPDATE UPDATE
The Versa 4 has been sent back to Amazon and ordered another Versa 3. Had 3 days and all is working good. Bought another warranty from Asurion so will have to see how long this on lasts. I don't know why Google dumbed down the Versa 4 and still charge $229.00. I don't want to sit around and wait for the new features to be released.
