Hi, my Versa 3 appears to be stuck on the ‘Download the Fitbit app to start’ screen. I can see it is connected to my phone via WiFi and Bluetooth, and then when I go to the app it says ‘update required’. I hit update and everything seems to be going well and then I get a message saying “WiFi firmware update failed”. It then suggests using Bluetooth but I get the same issue. I have updated the app, disconnected from my phone and re-paired etc but still no good. I must have tried about 10 times now and is very frustrating as watch is unusable!
