My versa 3 is a green screen tried rebooting nothing works

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work, as @NellyG has suggested, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Missee4010 Ohh that doesn't sound too good. It might have died, but try changing to a different clockface in the app and see if that fixes it.
