Versa 3 has stopped working.

Versa 3 not working.  It only shows the Fitbit diamond logo. It is fully charged and 13 months old.

Hi @nsutch - it may be sick, but if you can get it to sync then try changing the clock face from the Gallery tile in the Fitbit App. Also try restarting several times. How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

 

You could always try the following procedure

 

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and it's entries from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth on the phone and any other nearby phones and Fitbit devices
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after a couple of minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • In the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" like in the initial setup
