I was horrified when the screen of my Versa 3 became detached .i only have the watch circ 18 months and obviously expected nothing like this to happen .

@Helenlarkin Hi. It'd be a lot quicker just contacting support yourself through the app. That happened to me past warranty and I glued the screen back on
