Versa 3 is not syncing

My clock display looked different this morning and I realized it wasn’t synced. Went to the app and tried to sync. Tried uninstalling Fitbit app and reinstalling. Tried turning Bluetooth off and back on. One video said to restart but my settings menu won’t come up- just shows the setting icon in the middle of my screen. When I press and hold side button- set up voice option comes on or click face reappears. Help!

Hello there, @mielkemama. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3 and for all troubleshooting steps you've tried before reaching out. 

While reading your posts above, I was wondering if you did remove your old Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings? I also appreciate the time you took to find a video with instructions on how to restart your Fitbit. If you don't mind we can try that again and some other steps to connect your Versa 3 with your phone.

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Restart your Versa 3.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.

I am having the same issue. I keep having to force close fitbit and re-sync it all over again. This all happened after the update.

Is this happening only with the clock face? I'm having issues with my Versa Sense 3, it asked me to update and now it won't update via Bluetooth, nor Wifi. Tried doing this for 3 days now. It happened when my Sense 3 died and then I recharged it overnight but then I got the update and now I can't use it at all.

Do I have to let my Fitbit die on it's own since I can't turn it off. There is no button on my Sense 3. I did all that you listed here, but I'm still having issues, for 3 days now. Fitbit is at 100% on charger, my phone is on WiFi, but that nor the bluetooth can do the updates. I can only see the logo with the half circle lite, and never finishes. Then my phone gives me the message to install Sense 3 again. I'm ready to return this thing.

My versa 3 updated back in August and I had no issues with it staying synced. I will let it die and recharge it and it's still the same issue.
