I've tried to un-installed & re-installed on my Fitbit Versa 3 Smartwatch android updates. And also I do syncing for a few times. Have been used for 5 years on my Fitbit Versa 3 Smartwatch. I noticed that I clicked on my watch "Setting" Display then Brightness to Dim or Normal or Max. There are some won't work properly. Nothing working at all. How can I fix it?

Hi there, @Cherikaz. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is not working properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if the issue is that your Versa 3 is not opening your apps? Is the touchscreen not working?
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks for your quick reply. So I haven't replied lately. To touchscreen not working properly. Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. I will try to do this more often as I can. Tap on Sync more often....
Thanks for your suggestion.
