Versa 3 is unresponsive

Today my Versa 3 switched off somehow and not possible to start up again. Screen stays black. Button is not responding. When charging the watch gets very hot. No vibration when connecting to charger.  What to do?

Hi @slepikas - the watch has developed a serious fault, most commonly from water or moisture getting in.

Don't charge it again as it got hot, this would be dangerous.

Get it replaced if under warranty where you bought it.

If got fro Fitbit you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Hi @Guy_ , thanks for your reaction. Checked the back of the watch and indeed it appears to have moisture there in the green en red sensor lights. I will contact support about this issue!
