I’ve had my Versa 3 for exactly 3 years. This morning it suddenly started vibrating and showing different functions. Pressing the button did nothing. It was almost fully charged. It then started vibrating every few seconds and displaying the Fitbit logo. Nothing helped and now it is completely dead. I tried all the recommended ways of restarting and it’s been on charge for over 3 hours. Any advice please?

Please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 3 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I have followed all these but when the versa is put on charge via a PC, the computer makes the device connected sound and then immediately makes the disconnected sound. The versa still shows no sign’s of life.
