Versa 3 is unresponsive

Very disappointed in Fitbit I have my second fitbit this one is versa 3 and it just died like the other one I had charge 3 . Nothing I tried works simply doesn't turn on. Only had it for 3 to 4 years. I will never buy another fitbit again. Very disappointed.

Hi there, @IK78. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa 3 has run out of battery. Have you tried charging it? What are the troubleshooting steps you tried?

Please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Versa 3. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

I have tried everything all mentioned above nothing is working regarding the battery checked all issues non apply it simply died can't express my disappointment enough a fitbit should last more that 3 to 4 years eapecially when you love your watch and taking care of it keeping it clean.
