I am afraid to download the last versa 3 update because of all the problems it caused.  is it safe to now download i.e. have they fixed the bugs or should I just not download?

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about this topic. Versa 3 latest update was version 36.128.6.17. You can confirm if your Versa 3 is running the latest update by going to settings on your watch > under device information. Fitbit is always monitoring feedback for new updates and working on giving the best service with all our models, if you need to update your device you can find more details at: How do I update my Fitbit device?
