I can't unlock my Versa 3. It's in lock mode and won't connect to Bluetooth. This has been about 2 weeks now.

If your Versa 3 is in water-lock mode, you should able to unlock it by double tapping it's button.
If that won't work for you, I'd suggest to first sync your device to not lose any data it may have tracked so far. Then please try to restart your Versa 3 by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll hopefully see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
