What is the meaning of the minus symbol at the top of my watch this is a new thing I've never seen it before

@LowL   That is the Do Not Disturb status indicator.  Swipe to the right and turn DND off.  The touch screen is very sensitive.  You probably turned on DND by accident.

Thank you so much! That's exactly what I did - turned on DND by accident and didn't realize I had.
