Versa 3 needs charging every 2 days

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I’ve had my Versa 3 over a year. It held a charge for five days. Last week it started needing charging every other day. I haven’t changed any settings. No snore detect, screen is not always on, no SO2 monitor. Need help before I give up on Fitbit.

Hi @Mpolanow - a couple of things, try changing the clock face [in case it has a bug] also use Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds [to allow it to complete] before placing it on charge to restart it and charge it. If it's already charged just push the button for a second and wait.

A watch suffering water damage may not hold a charge all of a sudden, [if it gets hot while charging stop immediately] you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, for more specific assistance.

Are you using an iPhone? Same thing happened w/Versa battery after I installed iOS 16. Went from every 4 days to every 2. Also started having syncing issues. Installed the new iOS 16.3  release few days ago which fixed sync prob. Jury’s still out on whether battery life’s better. Fitbit also just promoted a new release (today, 1/31) which I just installed.
