Despite meeting all my daily goals the only data being recognised on my Versa 3 is my steps and sleep. Nothing else. I pay for Premium but not getting a Premium service

Please can you provide a few more details as for example: Do you see those details of steps and sleep just in the Versa 3 but not in the app?
If you are able to see details in the app but not in the device, try to change the clock face.
In addition, confirm that your Fitbit app is up to date.

I can see them on the Versa but not on the app. Tried changing the clock face as you suggested but it hasn't worked

I have a Versa 3 as well and mine is not connecting to the app either. It is still tracking on the watch but can’t be synced to the app.
