I’ve been looking at this for weeks now. I’ve read every answer several times, I’ve re-set the watch to factory settings, I’ve worn the watch in different places on my wrist. I think I’ve tried everything. This is terminal - it’s going in the bin and I will get a real watch!
I have a versa 2, it's been going on for weeks. Watch says one distance, sync to app, turn Bluetooth off and distance changes, but steps remain the same.
