Versa 3 not tracking exercise properly

I usually do about 90-100 active minutes during spin and burn around 8.3 cal/min but today it flatlined, and then about half way through my workout i saw that i only burned like 30 calories, I stopped it and restarted a spin workout on my watch.  Same thing.  Restarted my phone and also my watch doesn't have an accurate account for it either.  Any ideas?  It looked like some new features were pushed yesterday so not sure if it's an issue with the software upgrade.  Thanks!

Also, I checked the app on the phone, and it looks like I had no heartbeat at all yesterday ;-/  

 

update -- it seems to be working now!  maybe it was a software thing or just needed to reboot?
