When I set my Fitbit to exercise (Walk), it doesn’t record hourly steps. I walked for 30 minutes within one hour & it showed 0 steps for that hour.

Thank you very much for the information. If you haven't done so, I'd recommend trying to restart your Fitbit device by following the steps below: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also, I'd recommend checking if your Fitbit device doesn't have any firmware update pending. If so, you can find detailed instructions on how to update the firmware here.

Thanks!!  I had already tried the reset option & hadn’t thought of the updates. Worked like a charm!!
