Versa 3 not working

Hi there, @terrylbuck76. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for taking the time to solve the issue with your Versa 3 before posting here. 

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details of the issue with your Fitbit device? Is the screen blank? What do you mean by "won't function"?

In the meantime, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
