I didn’t wear my versa 3 when I was off for two weeks at Christmas. It completely died but the night before I set it to charge in the same place I always did. It wouldn’t turn on the next morning but I could still feel the vibration when I hit the side button. Over the past week I have googled and tried everything: cleaning charging prongs and back of the watch; master reset; changing where I charge it. Nothing seems to work. I best I get from it is a continuous Fitbit logo, white line flash across the bottom and then black screen again. It won’t even show the battery to see if it is even charging. I’ve uninstalled it from my phone app, closed out the program and nothing seems to be working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’ve been having very similar battery issues got maybe 6 months. Getting worse and worse daily. I switch to a different outlet and it seems to be charging, starts to read like 30 or 30 %, then I check it again later and back to 3% or so. I clean the connections, I shut down, uninstall, reinstall, bug everything seems to work for just that time. Next time, same issues. I’m cancelling. I’m done with this. Been wearing old school watch about a week and after 7 years of it I don’t miss the Fitbit. Good luck.
