Versa 3 not working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had afib for years and had versa 2 then versa 3 for the last year.

I am now in permanent afib and don't get any sleep data or health metrics.

I have always had and got full readings but now I hardly get any thing.

Why do you sell these watches to us if you know they won't work with afib it's unfair and sneaky  already owned the versa 3 before you introduced the atrial fibrillation detector so too late for me I think I'm entitled to a complete refund how do I go about this

Hi @Jb1968 - if the watch is older than 45 days it is not entitled to a refund, however it may not be a watch problem.

The new V4 Fitbit App can have connection/syncing problems, so restart the watch, toggle Bluetooth off/on and logout of the App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and restart the phone.

Login again and ensure it is syncing and you may find it will work better [but not retroactively], providing the watch is able to collect sufficient data, if your condition is able to provide the relevant information required to produce results.

Hi

I have the V3 it has been changed by fit bit twice.
I'm begining to think it's because I have permanent atrial fibrillation
that it doesn't work I really have tried everything you have suggested.
The point is that I told them I had this heart irregularity and they said
no problem but since they introduced the afib detector and say don't use if
you already have this condition.
I think they should not have sold it to me in the first place if they knew
it wasn't suitable not, tell me it was ok thats just deceitful they should
give me a refund
