Hi there.
I have been battling all day trying to get my versa 3 to get notifications from my phone.
I have factory reset the watch then removed it from my account. And started all over again four times today with no luck..
Please help.
Thanks
Andy

Hi.
I have tried all of those settings and I am not getting anywhere.
This also used to happen on my old phone, I used to have to remove the data stored and log back into Fitbit app and set everything up again.
This would work for a while and then stop notifying again.
Its very frustrating.

Hi @andytheguv - in addition to the help provided, given you have successfully factory reset the watch it is unlikely it is or was a watch problem.
It is more likely a Bluetooth or phone issue.
If you have changed phone make sure you turn off the old phone or at least remove the Versa 3 Bluetooth entries.
Also do the same on the current phone, then if your phone is Android go to apps and include system apps with the ... And clear Bluetooth and Bluetooth Midi storage caches and force stop them, also logout of the Fitbit App, swipe it off and do the same for it.
Then restart both watch and phone and in the Fitbit App if it doesn't find the watch when you log in, set it up as a replacement, hopefully it will connect and link to the watch properly.
