I've had a Fitbit Blaze for 3 years which was perfect for me, but it finally died. Picked up a Garmin and hated the user interface. Finally settled on a Versa 3. I have figured out most of it except these two questions:
when I run or spin, the watch vibrates whenever I get into a new heartrate zone (cardio, fat burn, peak). Is there a way to shut this off so I don't keep checking to see if I got a text?
along the same lines, it seems like my notifications aren't really working during exercise, or if they are, they appear then disappear quickly. With the Blaze, they stayed on the screen until I acknowledged it.
Thanks in advance.

Hello @waxensens and welcome to the Community. There Exercise app in the Versa 3 is very different from the Blaze. All of the shortcuts and all of the individual settings are on the device and not on the mobile app. When you choose an Exercise shortcut, swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen. Go to the Heart Zone Notification and toggle it to off. You must do this for every shortcut you use.
I never used a Blaze, so I can't comment on the amount of time a notification stays on the screen.
I want to point out a difference between the Blaze and the Versa 3. Your Blaze gave you active minutes. The Versa 3, like all Fitbit's newest devices, gives you active zone minutes. Zone minutes are heart rate based. The heart rate thresholds for fat burn, cardio, and peak are different. Active zone minutes are consistent with CDC and WHO recommendations for exercise.
