Versa 3 charged but face only displaying phi symbol or zero with slash through it.

Hi there, @1875Beecher. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

As @Guy_ has suggested, please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @1875Beecher - this may be a clock face issue.

However, try restarting the watch first and if it continues try changing the clock face.

How do I restart my Fitbit device?
