Anyone else having this problem? My Fitbit versa 3 was on 45% battery in the morning at 8am by 11am it was flashing 0% at me. When I got home I charged it, Fitbit went into a reboot fine ok, try to take it off charge after 4 hours still says 0% leave on charge overnight. In morning it’s at 100%, all ok so I thought nope touch screen not working at all not even with the slightest tap will it come on. But decide I can live with that if it’s working as a whole but nope battery at 0% by lunchtime. I’ve tried rebooting and changing clock face does nothing it just gets stuck in updating until battery goes to 0%. This versa is just over 6months old, I do love Fitbit but I’ve yet to have a smartwatch one that lasts more than 7 months. My flex 2 lasted nearly two and a half years before any problems happen.

Hi there, @Aurora21savoy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issues with your Versa 3 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
In order to solve the issue with the screen please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
As for the battery, please know that your Versa 3 battery should last up to 6 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or the Always-On display. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
Additionally, please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
If none of the above has worked, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
