The face on my versa 3 is falling off, it just happened as I was putting it back on after a shower.
Its only 15 months old

When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty, you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors.
Regarding to your inquiry, please note the screen cannot be replaceable and/or repaired.
Before doing something to your watch, please review Availability or repair facilities/spare parts and Exclusions and Limitations.

That's amazing. I had the exact same thing happen to my 18 month old fitbit versa 3 today, and once I connected to the firbit chat support I had a new one on the way, order has been placed and confirmed

I did the same, it looked like the seal just melted.. crazy
