I bought versa 3 few weeks back and observed a blue spot whenever the screen is active. Is this a screen issue or a software problem. Please help

Hi there, @udayk6568. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3. I understand where your concern is coming from.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope that helps.

I restarted it twice and changed multiple clock faces but blue spot remained..please see the pics attached. It's on the bottom right of the screen

The picture is a little grainy, but from your description this sounds like it might be a defective pixel. One or more of the dots making up the display gets stuck, either on or off.

If the illuminated dot is always present when the display is active and you have restarted it and changed faces, then I would be asking for a new replacement watch from your retailer or Fitbit, especially as it is only a few weeks old.

this is what happens when I try and click anything on my fitbit.  Seems lagging too.    Is there another way to restart it?    Nothing will open when I click it.
