Versa 3 screen isn't working properly

I updated my Versa 3 the other day and ever since the screen isn't working properly. I can see the time and the symbols for steps, heart rate and calories but no numbers. When I swipe to menu, I can't see any text, only the logos. I can't shut it down as I can't see which item it is in the menu.

Hi there, @LucyIsh. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

Please restart your Versa 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi, neither have worked. I still have the same issue but with a different clock face.

Hi @LucyIsh - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a factory reset.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

 

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
