Versa 3 has suddenly stopped working.
the screen moves - touch screen works etc, but I only have logos and no actual words.
I also can’t record any exercise as it just freezes.
Please see picture attached.
I have tried restarting, re syncing but nothing has worked.

another example - this is in settings - it states ‘brightness’ but no options are visible.
I also can’t see the battery percentage anymore

Hi @LennieJane - the operation system has become corrupted and you will need to do a factory reset using the button and set it up again.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support to get help with that.
