Dear Fitbit, I have returned to using Fitbit after several years using a different make.
my Fitbit Versa fell off my wrist today and the screen is now smashed. I had been wearing it since morning and I’m confident it was strapped correctly but I cannot work out how it fell off my wrist.
I do not know if this is due to defective strap.
is there anyway I can send it back for repair please?

Thank you Odyssey13 for your response. I contacted the support centre and they have dispatched a new watch and strap. Can’t fault their customer service but do think it’s a shame their screen are so easily damaged

Glad you're getting a new Versa 3 @DateletMummy when it arrives, set it up as a replacement on an existing account and your history will be there to continue.
