Versa 3 screen went blank

Hi,

My versa 3 screen went black last night. I’ve tried resetting it, and the screen flickers white now and then; but for the most part stays black. it does vibrate once after the 10second mark. 
I’ve tried updating it, and it says it’s up to date. The app is still tracking it, but the screen just won’t work. Now and then the screen goes all white, flickers, then goes black again.

The side button still vibrates like it’s activating, but nothing shows up (or if it does it flickers white momentarily then goes black again)

Hi @mramlm Try changing the clockface in the app. If that doesn't help then you will need to contact Fitbit Support  . I hope they can help you.
