  • Fitbit was working perfectly. Suddenly the screen turned pixelated gray. And is lighting up every 20 seconds. Charging doesn't work. Also tried to turn device off but won't allow me to do that

Hi there, @Ashley315. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work, as @Guy_ has suggested, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

If none of the above works, please follow @Guy_'s advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hi @Ashley315 - there is another way to confuse it, try syncing, if you can, and change the clock face in the Gallery tile. It may break the process causing the problem.

If it does, do a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

This should eliminate any of what caused it.

If it's still a problem you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support. They can go you with a factory reset.

If that is necessary It is a good idea to make a note of any clocks or apps and any special watch or app settings you use before the reset or replacement if necessary.
