Hi all

I am still having issues with my fitbit versa 3, the screen is dark, cannot swipe to apps or shutdown.It restarts where the logo comes up put no changes to access apps. I can get notifications when linked.

I have changed the watch face as Guided to do so no change

Any ideas would be appreciated
