Hi There
My versa 3 left side sensor button is not working. I have tried everything. It does not even vibrate when pressing it. I have reset my watch by navigating from the settings on the app but then battle to turn it back on. I put it on charge and it turned on by itself. The charge also only lasts a few hours where it use ti last 4 to 5 days. This started 2 days ago. It is a fairly new watch as I got it about 9 months ago.
Is there a hard reset I can possibly do from the app? The sensor button does not work. So I cannot do anything with it (as all videos tell me to do) please help?!

Hi @Sam_Fourie - it may be the watch got wet, which would explain the sudden battery degradation as well as the button problem. It may be sensible to get it replaced under warranty. You can also do a factory reset from the watch Settings, About Versa 3 menu, though it means setting it all up again and it is improbable that it will fix it if water is the issue.

Thank you. But the watch is waterproof. I am able to swim with it. So I am not sure if it getting wet might be the issue? Will have to do the warranty thing 😉 thanks for the feedback

@Sam_Fourie- thanks, the watch seals can degrade or be or become faulty, have a look at posts in the forums, it's quite a common cause of issues.
