Versa 3 settings button not working

My Versa 3 has disconnected from my phone and the settings button has a thick black line through it and refuses to open.

The watch is basically useless at this point and still shows as the 3rd October.

I've tried the basic reset by holding the button until the logo appears but it doesn't change anything.

I can't factory reset it because I can't access the settings at all.

Hi @Roundman - this is most likely a software fault. As you can't reinstall the Settings app it will require a button factory reset to resolve.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support option, Contact Customer support for help with that.
