Just curious what is happening with the versa 3. I didn’t see it listed with all the other smartwatches. Mine will no longer sync to my phone. It tells time correctly, everything works, it just won’t sync. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no use. Is it just time to upgrade? I have an iPhone 10.

I am continuing to experience the same issue on my S24 Ultra with no help.

Hi @kellyporter74 @NicWill6 - if your watch is working fine try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on or other watches switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
Toggling Bluetooth off/on may also help.

Note: to avoid disappointment, there is no upgrade to a Versa 3l, ater more expensive watches don't have all the features found on a Versa 3.
