Versa 3 stopped tracking my SpO2 data ... PROBLEM FIXED !!

As many other Versa 3 users have reported, my Versa 3 recently stopped tracking and showing my SpO2 data. I'd tried rebooting my Versa 3, I'd explored Fitbit Community forums, I'd searched online -- no solutions that I could find anywhere. Finally, today, I opted to try a Live Chat to Fitbit Support ... not really expecting success, but hey, maybe!

Long story in short form: The recommended solution worked!!! Here's what I did:

Basically, the Fitbit person had me set up my current Versa 3 as a "replacement" for my (same!!) current Versa 3. I was stepped through going to the Fitbit app, tapping on the "phone with a watch" icon in the top left corner, then tap on "Add more devices" ... and follow the on-screen instructions to (essentially) replace my current Versa 3 with my same current Versa 3 ... literally, seeing "What are you setting up?" and a list of devices (then choosing Versa 3), then "Replace with new device?" and using the link for "REPLACE WITH VERSA 3" on my Fitbit app on my phone.

That meant ending the connection to my current Versa 3, telling the app I wanted to add a Versa 3, having my Versa 3 on the charger attached to my computer (Chromebook, in my case), entering the 4-digit number my Versa 3 eventually gave me into the app on my phone, and then completing the various other steps required to connect my (current) Versa 3 to the app and to my phone.

When all was done and completed, I did a new data sync on my phone, and voila!! I could now see my SpO2 data!!!

I'm glad it's working for you, "Maternalrelic" !

Update: It's been working fine since I did this, but now I'm starting to wonder if this "fix" was only temporary, because my SpO2 didn't show up this morning. <sigh>

Update 2: I'm not sure if this will prove to be a permanent "solution" -- but it's still working. I've noticed, today, that my SpO2 data was the last of my five "Health Metrics" (Breathing rate, Heart rate variability, Skin temperature, Oxygen saturation, and Resting heart rate) to show up on my "Today" screen on the app on my phone, and  didn't show up until some hours later in the day. The other four data values showed up when I first sync'd my watch and phone app this morning, but for some reason, the "Oxygen saturation" (SpO2) value doesn't show up til some time later. I was starting to think I was going to have to repeat my "replacement" process! However, all is working ... if I give things a bit of time. 🙂

I'm gonna "watch" this (pun absolutely intended) for another couple of days before trying anything. I'll update here again if things change.

I'm glad it's fixed , because I do have breathing issues and although I know it's not a replacement for medical equipment , it does allow me to keep an eye on things and go to the Docs if needed. All I need to do now is fix the syncing issue , LOL it loses connection to blue tooth every day sometimes twice a day ! and i have to shut down my watch and restart to get connection , to be honest I am not impressed with the Versa 3 , I had the Luxe before and that was fine the only thing was it was too small and I couldn't see it, especially my messages. When I've finally had enough of keep fixing my Versa 3 I will just get a cheap fitness tracker watch, my daughter has one and never has any issues .Thanks again for your help.Sandra

It was between 30 minutes and 1 hour today before my SpO2 data sync'd from my Versa 3 to my phone app -- but it DOES still get there.
