Uesterday, I went swimming, and since then, my Fitbit Versa 3 has stopped working. The watch won’t turn on. I’ve already left it in rice overnight to remove any potential moisture, but there’s still no response. What else can I do? Who can help me with this?

Hi there, @patgreidanus. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 3 is still unresponsive. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
If your device got wet, it’s important to take it off and dry it well before putting it back on. On the other hand, if your device has come into contact with any liquid other than fresh water, you should clean it with fresh water and a soap-free cleanser and dry it with a lint free-cloth.
If you've done the above but to no avail, please try restarting your Versa 3 by following these steps.
If the restart doesn't work and your Versa 3 didn't vibrate during the process, I suggest trying the following:

My Versa 3 has alos stopped after I swam with it, but not in deep water. It is supposed to be water resistant up to 30m so I can't understand why you're giving advice about the Versa 3 'getting wet'. How can I get some support to resolve the fault with mine, totally dead and doesn't respond or show any life after charging for many hours.

Thank you for your response. I have tried everything you suggested, but my watch still isn’t working. I can’t even turn it on. Yesterday, I charged it, and a triangle with a thermometer appeared. I understood it was too hot and needed to cool down. Then I left it overnight in uncooked rice, but still nothing. The screen won’t turn on. I don’t know what to do next.

It’s the same for me. I haven’t been deeper than 5 meters underwater. I put the watch on the charger because I thought the battery was empty. Then I got a notification that my watch was too hot (a triangle with a thermometer inside). So, the screen still seems to work. But I just can’t turn the watch back on.
