Versa 3 stops syncing

My Versa 3 will randomly show the no phone connected and even when I try and un pair and then re pair it with my phone, it still shows it. I will have to go and do a set up new device each time this happens.  Does anyone know why it is doing that?

Hi @Babyrubyredgirl - if you have the new Fitbit App this broken syncing issue is one of the bugs.

Possibly restarting the watch and/or phone may resolve it till it gets fixed, you can't go back to the old working version officially.

To restart the watch hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

It’s probably because there has been no software update and google has no motivation to update because they are phasing Fitbit out.

Same happened to me...after 3 days of following troubleshooting steps over and over.  I Uninstaller and reinstalled the app, none of it helped  .... so I did the factory reset.   Went thru the complete set up again and everything seems to be working fine now.  Lost some info from the last few days but history is there
