Stuck on logo, tried all the self help advice but it’s still stuck on the logo

Best AnswerI am having the same issue. I press the side button and held down for 10 seconds it rebooted the watch, however the Fitbit Logo is still on the screen frozen. I have turned off bluetooth on my phone, still nothing. Just seems if I can't get the watch off the logo, will it connect at all. Your instruction above just sound like a lot to go through. This is the 2nd Versa 3 I've had in two years with issues.
