Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Stuck on logo, tried all the self help advice but it’s still stuck on the logo

Hi there, @Jonnieg. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 before reaching out. 

To better assist you, may I know the steps you've performed so far? In the meantime, please confirm that you've tried the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa 3 from your Fitbit account and your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I am having the same issue. I press the side button and held down for 10 seconds it rebooted the watch, however the Fitbit Logo is still on the screen frozen. I have turned off bluetooth on my phone, still nothing. Just seems if I can't get the watch off the logo, will it connect at all. Your instruction above just sound like a lot to go through. This is the 2nd Versa 3 I've had in two years with issues.

What do you mean by "force quit" the Fitbit app?

 

I've tried the steps above and the watch will not reboot at all.
