Hi!
Recently (like 30 minutes ago) my Fitbit stopped showing me how many steps I’ve walked today and such. On the watch it’s only the Fitbit logo which shows up every 3 seconds, as well as a tiny vibration. I thought that it maybe was an automatic update, but in the app it didn’t say so. I tried to connect it again with Bluetooth, but it doesn’t work. Holding in the button to start it up again does not work either, as it only continues to show the logo again and again. I’ve tried to disconnect it from my phone to connect it again, but that was also without luck.
What can I do?

I had to contact the support team and send the watch back to get a new one:/
