Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit Logo

Hi there. I have had my Versa 3 for a couple of months. Charged it last night fully and this afternoon is is stuck cycling the Fitbit screen. On... off...on..

 Off. I tried holding the button for 10 seconds, then over 30 seconds and it is stuck doing this.

 

Any advice?

Good luck with that mine has been stuck on the logo for over a month we have tried absolutely everything to get it off the logo to reset anything and nothing works

Hi there, @Javadoc. Welcome to the Community Forums. @wldangl10 Thanks for stopping by here! I appreciate the time you both took in order to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 3 devices. 

Please note this issue comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed (or making sure you've done them as instructed):

  • Unpair your Versa 3 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 3.

If you can't get started with your Versa 3, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Thanks for your response....he has tried these steps without any luck...he had deleted his account and then tried to set it up again but the app can't even find the tracker...

I did all of this.  When I try to find the versa 3 my phone won't even find it.  i see many, many people have had this issue with the versa 3.  Maybe Fitbit ought to go good on these devices no matte where they were purchased!

hi were you able to get any answers? Mine is stuck too and no matter what i've tried I can't get it off the logo.  And cannot sync it to my phone since it can't find the tracker when it is stuck on the logo.  So frustrating

I have the same problem and I tried everything and it didn’t help. I don’t know what to do now.

I know and what really stinks about it is this one was bought off of Amazon
in May because it wasn't bought from fitbit.com Fitbit will not honor the
warranty I think it's awful because it is a Fitbit product if they allow
other vendors to sell their product they should still stand behind them

Good day,

 

I have the same issue and followed the steps described. After setting up my Versa 3 again, the clock displayed for 10 seconds, only while still connected to the charger.

As soon as I remove it and place it on my wrist it defaults back to the start up Fitbit logo.

 

Please assist.

I think this is a problem with the versa 3 and pick it just isn't going to do anything about reimbursing people that have a faulty one even if it was only brought in May
