Versa 3 stuck on Fitbit logo

My Versa 3 battery went flat yesterday I plugged it into power and since it came back on the logo has been permanently on the screen. I followed the trouble shooting online- tried holding the button to force a reset, screen goes black with white line then comes straight back to logo. I attempted to change the clock screen however was unable to connect to wifi/ blue tooth since it has been on the logo screen. Have also disconnected from phone bluetooth as recommended online. removed from phone/ fitbit app and now am unable to reconnect as it is not found on bluetooth. I am assuming from what ive seen online I need to replace it has anyone else had any luck finding another fix? Have also seen a post recommending pressing the side button multiple times in a row (20) it did nothing.
